This work was supported by the EU–Interreg North Sea Region programme’s Smart, clean Energy and Electric Vehicles for the City (SEEV4-City) project.

The plan is made up of four phases of implementation. Roughly the plan entails the following steps:
- [CLEAR Capture solution to support with clean fleet-strategy choices](https://cenexgroup.nl/2019/02/05/clear-capture-solution-to-support-with-clean-fleet-strategy-choices/): The solution, developed by our partner in the UK, the Centre of Excellence for Low Carbon and Fuel Cell technologies, uses a simple, cost effective, plug-in device that is sent by post and plugged in to the vehicle drive cycle data.
- [Summary published on Learning network ICT workshops](https://cenexgroup.nl/2019/01/31/summary-published-on-climate-neutral-and-circular-procurement-ict-workshop-series-in-dutch/): In 2018 Cenex Nederland was approached by Rijkswaterstaat (Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management) and PIANOo (Expertise centre for public procurement) to support their involvement with a new initiative to organise a series of workshops, creating a Learning network, on Climate Neutral and Circular procurement. The learning network was one of the activities that the government financed from the Climate Envelope in 2018 to promote climate-neutral and circular procurement with governments.
