Cenex heeft op verzoek van PoA een onderzoek uitgevoerd naar de inzet van een surplus aan stroom voor laadinfra. Zowel de gedrevenheid als kennis en kunde heeft geleid tot een goed advies, zodat we in staat waren om keuzes te maken. Wat vooral opviel was de klantgerichte opstelling, het detailniveau en de prettige constructieve samenwerking in dit hele traject met Cenex.
In het kader van de landelijke roadmap voor de transitie naar zero emissie ambulancevoertuigen heeft Cenex voor AZN een eerste onderzoek uitgevoerd naar de hiervoor benodigde laadinfrastructuur. Hiervoor is een simulatiemodel gebouwd waarmee op basis van 1 jaar aan gegevens voor 1.000 ambulances is gekeken wat er nodig is om alle inzetten met elektrische ambulances uit te kunnen voeren. De aanwezige kennis en ervaring bij Cenex hebben gezorgd voor een vlotte aanpak en een gedegen rapport met veel nieuwe, soms verrassende, inzichten. De samenwerking is gedurende het hele project, van eerste kennismaking tot en met oplevering, zeer plezierig geweest, zowel met de medewerkers van Cenex NL als de onderzoekers bij Cenex UK.
